ABOUT DAZINERTOYS’ SHIPPING POLICY

1. Warehouse Locations:

   • Daziner operates two main warehouses in the United States: one in California and another in New Jersey. The shipping warehouse is determined based on stock availability and your shipping address to ensure prompt delivery.
   • Additional warehouses are located in Germany, China, and the United Kingdom. The UK and Germany warehouses primarily serve local customers, while the China warehouse handles emergency out-of-stock shipments.

2. Countries of Delivery:

   • Daziner ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, and Sweden. Orders are dispatched from warehouses in the US, UK, Germany, or China based on your address.

3. APO/FPO and Military Addresses:

   • Daziner accepts orders to APO/FPO and other military addresses, as well as PO BOX addresses, with specific requirements for filling out recipient information, address columns, city, and state.

4. Shipping Method and Cost:

   • $7.99 flat rate shipping under $59 Free Shipping on orders $59 & up. Shipping methods include USPS, UPS, YANWEN, and others, with the final delivery for YANWEN orders transferred to USPS or ONTRAC.

5. Order Processing Time:

   • United States: 3-15 days
     European countries: 7-20 days
   • Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours on weekdays. Weekend orders may be processed the following Monday.
   • In cases of sudden product unavailability or pre-sale items, products may be transferred from the China warehouse with a delay of at least one week.

6. Tracking Your Order:

   • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link for tracking. Tracking information can also be found in your account on the “Order Details” page or on the “Order Tracking” page of the Dazinertoys website.

7. Changing Delivered Address:

   • Address changes can be made by contacting customer service (service@dazinertoys.com) within 24 hours of order placement. Once shipped, address changes are not possible, and alternate arrangements must be made with the local post office.

8. Discreet Packaging:

   • Daziner ensures 100% discreet packaging, with orders shipped in plain boxes or bags without any indication of the contents or the company name. For more information, visit the “Discreet Delivery” page on the website.

9. Handling Packages When Not Home:

   • If you’re not home during delivery, carriers will attempt to leave the package in a safe place. Alternatively, you’ll receive instructions via email or a card in the mailbox. Unclaimed packages are held for 10 days before being returned.

• Verify your shipping address before checkout, as Daziner is not responsible for incorrectly shipped products.
• In cases of lost packages, Dazinertoys is not liable unless confirmed by the tracking number.
