Discreet shipping is important to many of us. The shipping label will simply read Customer Service. Below is a sample of an order ready to be shipped. Some orders may be packaged in bubble mailers. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged under the name Yuda Inc. which is our parent company.

Heads up! If you use the Shop app, Klarna, PayPal, or other third-party platforms to complete your purchase, it may include a product image in your order notifications. If you're ordering something private, we suggest checking out with an alternate email or turning off Shop app notifications for added discretion.

Standard shipping is free for orders over $55+ (before tax and after the coupon code is applied) otherwise the cost is just $9.99. If you need your order faster than the standard promised delivery date, you will be provided with other promised delivery dates to choose from. The cost of faster shipping will be determined based on the delivery date you choose.

For items delivered to remote areas, an additional charge may apply. Please refer to the shipping estimate at checkout for the final price.

We partner with trusted US carriers to ensure you receive the highest service possible. After your order is processed, you will receive an invoice with the tracking link located at the bottom of the invoice.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at Service@dazinertoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
