Daziner Return & Cancellation Policy

At Daziner, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

How to Return an Item

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, just make sure the item is in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need your proof of purchase or receipt.

To start a return, simply reach out to us at Service@dazinertoys.com. Our friendly team will send you a return shipping label and provide clear instructions on how to return the item. Please note that we can only accept returns that are pre-approved, so make sure to contact us first.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you've had a change of heart and want to cancel your order, just let us know before the item ships. Most orders ship within 2 business days, so be sure to reach out quickly!

Return Process

  • If the return is due to your decision (e.g., you changed your mind), the return shipping fee will be your responsibility. You can choose the shipping carrier that works best for you.

  • If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we'll cover the return shipping cost for you.

  • Rest assured, we do not charge any restocking fees on returns. We're here to help, not hassle you!

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, such as custom products. If you have any concerns about your specific item, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product, the quickest way is to return the original item first, and then place a new order for the replacement. We want to make sure you get exactly what you want!

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
