Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on every order of $55 USD or more. For orders below $55, any applicable shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without product descriptions or other markings that reveal the contents.

Processing and Delivery

• Processing time: Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days.
• United States: Estimated delivery in 3–9 business days.
• Canada and Europe: Estimated delivery in 5–11 business days.

Delivery estimates can vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, remote destinations, holidays, or stock availability.

International Orders

We currently serve supported destinations in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can also review tracking information from your customer account or our order-tracking page.
