My product will not turn on. What should I check?
Charge it according to the supplied instructions, then check the correct power-button operation for that model. If it still will not work, stop using it and contact us with the product name and order number. Do not open the casing or attempt an electrical repair.
Check the model instructions
Confirm that the device has been charged as instructed and that you are using the correct power control. Hold times and controls vary, so do not apply another model’s button sequence.
When to stop troubleshooting
If the device still does not respond, or if you see damage or unusual behavior, stop using it. Do not open the casing. Send us the order number, model name and a description or short video showing the product issue, without intimate footage.
