Lila Bullet Vibrator Troubleshooting: Charging Port, Lights & Controls

Can’t find the charging port on your pink Lila bullet vibrator? Look at the base for the small circular mark labelled “DC.” The charging socket is underneath a silicone covering, so you may not see an open hole. Use the pin on the supplied charging cable to gently pass through the silicone at this marked point and into the socket.

Still unsure where to insert the pin? Contact Daziner support with a clear photo of the base before proceeding.

This troubleshooting page applies specifically to the pink Daziner Lila silicone bullet vibrator shown in the instruction manual below. Other models may have different charging connections and controls.

I can’t find Lila’s charging port. Where should I look?

Turn the vibrator over and look at its bottom surface, or base. Find the small circular mark with DC printed beside it. This marks the charging entry point.

Lila has a silicone-covered exterior, including the charging entry point. The surface may therefore look closed even when you are looking in the right place. You are looking for the DC marking, rather than an exposed socket or a removable flap.

The Charging Instructions panel shows the circular DC point on the base. Tap or click the manual to open it at a larger size.

How do I insert the charging pin through the silicone?

  1. Start with a dry device and cable. Switch Lila off and keep it away from water while charging.
  2. Locate the DC-marked point on the base. Do not insert the pin into another part of the silicone body.
  3. Align the supplied charging pin with the marked point. Gently push the pin straight through the silicone covering and into the charging socket. Make sure it is fully seated.
  4. Connect the USB end to a 5V USB charging adapter. Use the cable supplied with Lila.
  5. Check the indicator. The light blinks while charging and stays continuously on when fully charged.

You may feel the silicone covering as the pin passes through the entry point. Do not use a needle, knife, scissors or another tool to make an opening. If the supplied pin does not enter with gentle pressure, stop and check its alignment and the DC marking. Do not force it or try a different location.

Will inserting the charging pin damage the waterproof seal?

No—passing the supplied charging pin through the silicone at the designated DC point is the intended design. Correct insertion at that point is designed to preserve the port’s water-resistant seal.

This does not mean you should cut, enlarge or peel the covering, or insert other objects into it. If you notice a tear, an enlarged opening or other damage, stop using the device and contact Daziner support.

Keep the device away from water during charging. The manual does not state an IP rating or an immersion depth or duration, so this guide does not recommend submerging Lila or charging it in a wet environment.

What should the charging light do?

  • Blinking light: the device is charging.
  • Continuously lit light: the device is fully charged.
  • No light: check the connection and power supply using the steps below. An unlit indicator alone does not identify the cause.

The manual gives an approximate full charging time of 60 minutes and up to 45 minutes of use. These are the manufacturer’s stated estimates, not a guarantee of identical timing for every charge or session.

Lila is plugged in, but the light does not blink. What should I check?

  1. Check that you are using the supplied Lila charging cable, not a cable that only looks similar.
  2. Confirm that the pin is inserted at the DC-marked point on the base and is fully seated in the socket.
  3. Check that the USB end is securely connected to a 5V USB charging adapter and that the adapter has power.
  4. Check for visible cable or device damage. Stop charging if there is damage, unusual heat or an unusual smell.
  5. If the indicator still does not respond, contact support. Do not open the device or enlarge the silicone entry point.

The light shows a full charge, but Lila won’t switch on.

Disconnect the charging cable first. The manual says not to operate Lila during charging.

To switch it on, press and hold the power button for approximately 2.5 seconds. A short press is used to change vibration modes once the device is running; it is not the documented switch-on action.

To switch it off, press and hold the button for approximately 2.5 seconds again. If the documented action does not work after charging, contact support. This manual does not provide a reset sequence or a travel-lock procedure, so do not rely on instructions for another model.

How do I change the vibration setting?

While Lila is switched on, briefly press the power button to cycle through its 10 vibration modes. The manual does not describe a separate intensity control or name the order of those modes.

How should I clean and store Lila?

Disconnect the charger and switch the device off before cleaning. The manual recommends warm water with mild soap or a suitable toy cleaner before and after use. Do not operate the device while cleaning.

Let Lila dry completely before storage. Keep it in a cool, dry place, such as a cloth storage bag or box, and store it separately from other toys. The manual specifies water-based lubricant only; do not use silicone-based lubricant with this model.

When should I contact Daziner support?

Contact support if you cannot identify the DC marking, the supplied pin will not enter with gentle pressure, the charging light remains off after the checks above, or the device does not respond to the documented power-button action.

To help us understand the issue, send your order number, a clear photo of the base and DC marking, and a description of the indicator light. Tell us which cable and power adapter you used. A short video showing the charging connection or button response can also help; do not send intimate images.

Stop using or charging the device if the casing or cable is damaged. If use causes discomfort, stop immediately.
