Discreet shipping is important to many of us. The shipping label will simply read Customer Service. Below is a sample of an order ready to be shipped. Some orders may be packaged in bubble mailers. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged under the name Yuda Inc. which is our parent company.

Standard shipping is free on all orders to the United States and United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase. For other supported destinations, standard shipping is US$5 below US$55 and free on orders of US$55 or more.

Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–9 business days to the United States, 2–3 business days to the United Kingdom, and 5–11 business days to Canada and other supported European destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please review our shipping policy and the final shipping charge shown at checkout.

We partner with trusted US carriers to ensure you receive the highest service possible. After your order is processed, you will receive an invoice with the tracking link located at the bottom of the invoice.

We have a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at Service@dazinertoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
