How do I charge my product?
Use the charging cable and power requirements specified for your model. Gloria, Adela, Calista and Spirea list magnetic USB charging; Crystal lists USB charging. Connections must be dry before charging.
Use the correct charging connection
Gloria, Adela, Calista and Spirea list magnetic USB charging. Crystal lists USB charging. Follow the model’s instructions for the cable and power requirements instead of assuming cables are interchangeable.
If charging seems unsuccessful
Check that the connection is dry and that the correct cable is attached as instructed. Charging indicators and timing vary by model. If the product still does not respond, contact us with the model name and a description of what happens.
