Press and hold the top button to power on or off. Tap to cycle modes. For app setup, follow the pairing instructions supplied with the product.
Switch off and disconnect the charger before cleaning. Rinse gently, then let the product and charging contacts dry fully before charging or storing.

Alan is a fixed ring design, not an adjustable strap. Compare the dimensions above and follow the supplied fit instructions. Do not force a tight fit; removal should be easy.
Can I immerse it for cleaning?
No. Alan has IPX6 water resistance. Switch off, disconnect, rinse gently and dry fully. Do not immerse the ring, and keep the charging cable dry.
