Can I change my address or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check the order status. Changes and cancellation may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun.
Contact us promptly
Use the checkout email address and include your order number. For an address correction, give the complete corrected address. For cancellation, clearly state that you want the order canceled.
Wait for confirmation
Sending a request does not confirm that a change has been made. The team must check the fulfillment status. If the parcel has already shipped, we will explain the applicable next steps rather than promise a cancellation.
