I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and the email address used for the order. If you still cannot find the confirmation, contact us with your name, order date and checkout email. Do not send your full card number or card security code.
Check the email account you used
Search for Daziner in your inbox, spam and promotions folders. If you have more than one email account, check the address entered at checkout.
Help us locate the order
Send your name, approximate order date and checkout email address. If you have an order number or confirmation screenshot, include it. Do not place a duplicate order just because the email has not appeared.
