When will my refund arrive?
A return must be received and reviewed before any refund is approved. Once processed, the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Contact us for the status of a specific refund.
Identify the stage of your return
A return shipment, a received return, an approved refund and a bank credit are separate stages. Having delivery tracking does not by itself mean that a refund has already been issued.
Ask for an update
Send your order number, return tracking number and the date of any refund confirmation. If the refund has been processed but is not visible, check with the payment provider using the confirmation details. Do not share full card details.
