How do I request a return or report a fault?
Email service@dazinertoys.com with your order number, product name and a short description. Include clear photos or a short video of the product issue when helpful. Wait for instructions before mailing anything.
Prepare your request
Include your order number, purchase date, product name and reason for contacting us. Say whether the product is unopened or whether you are reporting a fault; these follow different review paths.
Send it and wait for instructions
Email service@dazinertoys.com from the address used for your order if possible. Do not send a parcel without approval. For an eligible standard return, you cover return shipping; keep tracking until the case is resolved.
